Amanda Schwartz, PhD
Amanda Schwartz, Ph.D. is a consultant and educator in early childhood education and early childhood special education. At the national and regional level, she supports consultants and technical assistance providers to build capacity in child care and Head Start programs. In addition, she provides technical assistance, resource development, research, and monitoring support. Dr. Schwartz's work focuses on the use of data-driven decision-making and research-based interventions by practitioners, technical assistance providers, consultants, and Federal staff in the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services.
