1. Identify strategies to promote learning through actively engaging learners

2. Demonstrate how to identify topics for workshops (professional practice gap), and complete required documentation to support the area for improvement

3.  Practice writing learner outcomes that measure change in knowledge, skills and/or practice as a result of participation in the educational activity

4.  Discuss components of the ANCC accreditation self-study process
