Connecticut’s Immunization Database and Immunization Requirements for the 2020-2021 School Year
Mick Bolduc: Vaccine Coordinator, Department of Public Health
*Registration includes invitation to a June webinar/facilitated discussion (1.5 hours) to address the upcoming school year.
School nurses, school nurse supervisors, directors of special education/pupil services, school medical advisers, and other school staff.
*All participants will receive a $40 credit towards the Fall Supervisor Conference.
