    2019 School Nurse Supervisor Annual Spring Meeting
     

    Presented by: Stephanie Knutson, MSN, RN, Education Consultant, CSDE

    Audience: School nurses, school nurse supervisors, directors of special education/pupil services, school medical advisors, and other school staff  

    This activity will provide school nurses and school nurse supervisors with information and programs that support students. As a result of attending this conference, participants will:

    • learn about new legislation and trends in the state;
    • communication strategies for enhancing professional relationships;
    • models of school nurse supervision and LPNs in school health programs;
    • learn about the State's immunization database and immunization requirements for 2019 - 20 school year; and
    • network with other school nurses and school nurse supervisors.
