Marion Leary is the Director of Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing.

This session will cover why it is important for nurses to be leaders in health and healthcare innovation, as well as the methodology, tools and resources to do so. It will also cover the phases of design thinking and show examples of how design thinking is being used in classrooms and during the covid19 pandemic.
