FREE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEBINAR

Thursday September 17
4:30 - 5:30 pm

Join a discussion about the three phases of managing stress are:

(1) Understanding the cycle of stress and change;

(2) Changing our perception of the stress of change by recognizing legitimate stress and not denying its powerful impact and

(3) learning to protect ourselves from its consequences.

COVID has forced healthcare professionals to recognize limitations on many levels from system based, science or knowledge based, to individual or personal based. Professional uncertainty is undermining and stress provoking.
