Who Takes Care

of You?
The Importance of Self-Care

Thursday November 5th
4:30 - 5:30 pm

Do you spend your days caring for others and put yourself last?

Do you ever think about who would take care of you?

Do you know how to take a break?

Finding the right self care that works for you can be a challenge!

Join us for an interactive reflection on how to take care of yourself in a way that works for you. This is a chance to think about what you need for your well-being. As healthcare workers we are always putting others first but we MUST take the time to check in with ourselves.
